PURPOSE:
Traditional password authentication scheme tend to more vulnerable attacks such as shoulder-surfing and hidden camera. To overcome vulnerabilities of traditional methods we proposed a pattern based textual and graphical password authentication scheme. It uses graphical shapes and patterns to allow users to login with text passwords via traditional input devices. Our proposed authentication methods provides strong resistance to vulnerable attacks like hidden camera and shoulder-surfing.
